They rob their clients

Do not use the app to buy more than 5 items(at most) at once. I made that mistake, and they ****** me. They sent me many parcels and didnt deliver everything, when i asked them about missing items, they said they are sorry items are no longer in stock they will refund me. Been waiting and following up on that refund for a month going to two months now, nothing still. They told me they are sorry for the inconvenience and give me a "complimentary 20% off voucher" imagine, still no refund and now they are no longer responding to my emails.
