The worst online store 🚮

Made a purchase on bash online (foschini) on 13 April 2023 and payment was made but never received my order number, confirmation sms/email and it doesn’t even reflect on their website but the money was deducted. I send them couple of emails and they keep saying “technical looking onto it “ nothing is helpful
