TFG & HAND TO HAND useless company

I have bought few items online and i choose home delivery and the company that was chosen to deliver is RAM HAND TO HAND Couriers which has bad multiple negative comments here on Hello Peter and shame they did not disappoint they failed to deliver my package its been to days now waiting for my parcel.. why is TFG online still using these *********** fools as their courier company which clearly can’t deliver.
