I'm Mateboho Ndumo, I placed 2 orders online on the 28th November, buy 1 get 1 free Fossil promotion. Order Number :AAAB*** - I only received 1 watch and other was refunded, Order Number :AAAB*** - I was told it's stucked at the shop, I was chatting with Indi from Bash App.

Was this buy 1 get 1 Free Fossil an online **** or what? Why can't I get what I bought in full? Why my order /Delivery still stucked at the store?

Can someone let me know when am I getting my delivery in full (2 Watches) AAAB***
