TFG collection charges for letters and calls never received

I was looking at my statement.

Collection charges for phone call - R20 Collection charges collection letter - R20 And several for sms R2.50 each

Sms I do get, not by choice but forcibly without permission or concent.

Collection letter - I never got such letter delivered to me. Can you send me the prove of delivery of such letter and indicate which post office or courier you used and where I signed for such letter.

Collection phone call:I never answer any number I do not know, especially 087 numbers. My phone has neen programmed not to receive calls from any unknown numbers. If I see them I block immediately.

Can you give evidence of any calls so called I actually answered ?

And this is happening every month. I want this to be traced back and every R20 charged ony account for collection letters or phone calls be refunded.

Or else, I'll seek legal advice.
