TFG / Bash poor service delivery

I tried to change my contact number to verify my card when checking out. I failed the credit Bureau checks. My account got blocked... I had to go in to a branch to unblock it excited about purchasing my item. They unblocked it. I purchased the item and then the next day they email me telling me there is no stock and I will have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. Their system error and I have to suffer the consequence. Ridiculous.
