TFG Bash not velueing there customers

I bought clothes online, it was a big order whereby my order was spletted into 4 packages. I bought clothes online most of the clothes were from the fix which is tfg group. I collected my orders at brooklyn mall totalsports where by they don't open packaging for customers. On the day I've collected two packages only to find that there were 3 T-shirts missing, hoping I will receive them with the other two packages. After I collected all my packages I've sent email to their support team and rep**** to that investigation has been done, and the second email was that I will be refunded. Till today I haven't yet received refund note or email confirming that I have been refunded. I have provided all they required from my end (invoice ).

I will nerd buy again from TFG it's not first time,. I once bought a dress online from foshini and requested to collect at sportscene mamelodi crossing, day after receiving massage that my order it ready for collection, I went for collection and my order wasn't there later was refunded after several calls. I wasn't given explanation of what happened to my order or an apology for ghat matters. TFG Bash online THEY ROB CUSTOMERS AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
