Terrible Servuce Friends of BASH

Placed an order on the 2nd of December. Up to date the items have not been delivered. RAM couriers don't show up at my address but claims failed delivery. Friends of Bash is non responsive on emails and the call centre is non existent because apparently they were told to close the lines. My order number is B***5-01and with RAM couriers it's AAAB***
