TERRIBLE SERVICE TFG

I had an account with TFG and settled it on the 29/09/2024....Was sent the paid up letter and was closed. My credit profile was updated later...Last week when I log on to my credit profile...TFG has updated that the account that was " closed " has been opened and is months in arrears......I have no idea who and why but all I know is this terrible service and this fault information is affecting my score
