Terrible service from Bash- will not use them again!

Terrible experience, ordered 2 pairs of shoes for store pick up on the 27th November 2024. A week later i received notification that they were ready for pick up, when i got there stock said they had not received the parcel. Query was raised by store and by me( which can only be done via a bot) . A day later i was again notified that it was ready for collection, again not there. Raised a query again, received a mail from the consultant congratulating me for getting the parcel, i had not received it. queried again, 2 escalations later and they finally came to the conclusion that the package was lost 3 weeks after. they then let me know that they were processing a refund, with a 25% discount on the next purchase, my purchases were black Friday 50% off deals ie the refund will now only allow me to get one pair of shoes as black Friday deals are over. I then saw that the one shoe is still available in my size and suggested they send me that and refund me only on the shoe that was now sold out, they refused saying they cant send part of an order and refund part. I am now told to wait 5-7 days for the refund after they have had my cash for 3 weeks already!
