Terrible Service

I'm so frustrated with Bash. I placed my order on the 17th just I was advised that my order will be delivered in 5 to 7 work day I waited until the 26th of July, I called and followed up I was told that what I have ordered is out of stock, I can then cancel the order which I did and I was told that I have to wait for another 3 to 10 day to get my money back. Today is the tenth day of no communication and no funds made. Your service is pathetic and your process is bad and your customer service is not acceptable. I called again today on the tenth day I'm told that my payment has not yet been processed. Wow. Poor service to its core. B***-01
