Terrible online services

If there was a ratting worse than a 1 star I’d definitely click it. In every online order there’s been one item canceled.only to now find out that my total of 8 items have now been canceled.and there customer service is at a zero.why take our money and than offer a refund on canceled items.bash never reacts to customer reviews I suggest people don’t use the app!!!
