Terrible online platform and customer service.

I hate that the Foschini Group (TFG) online platform known as BASH constantly wastes my time. You can never be 100% sure that you'll actually get the product you order.

I've on numerous occasions ordered things online and either it will be cancelled or, one two separate occasions, I was instructed by their warehouse to collect the item only to arrive at the warehouse and to be told that their system erroneously sent me the email. And, to add insult to injury, I then have to wait up to 7 working days to get my money back when I need my money immediately back.

I promised myself to never purchase from them again.
