Terrible online experience from bash and TFG

I tried to make a transaction on Monday for a machine, the transaction was not completed as I had to top up my account. Once I tried to complete the transaction, the money in the account had dissapeared. I was told that this would resolve in 72 hours and yet there is still no money in the account. Bash and tfg have sent me from pillar to post. Only today do I get a ticket number saying the matter will be escalated. Why does one have to constantly follow-up for this to be resolved? @home/TFG this bash platform is TERRRIBLE
