Terrible experience!!!!

Terrible experience!!!! This is my 2nd complaint within a space of 3 months. Both times their fault. Let me talk about yesterday 30-012024. Ordered other item and incorrect one waa delivered, reached to them via email to inform them as I stay in a small town cannot get to malls. Mind you tried to reorder online but no more sizes😡😡😡😡😡. Nicole rep**** cause even my last complaint was her, you know what she does she will shut you off immediately and tell you what benefits them and does not consider customer plea!!!.

It sounds and looks like she have no time for client complaints. I'm very disappointed with BASH as I'm their regular buyer but the service jas become 0%%%%%%%%
