Terrible delivery experience and customer support

I have consistently faced challenges with deliveries from Bash. The customer support team's responses often feel automated and lack personalisation, like it is generated by a bot.

A recent example of this issue involved a delivery problem with RAM. Despite my order containing all the necessary details, I received a request from Bash's support team for my full address and an alternative contact number. After I rep**** with a screenshot of my order, clearly showing the complete address, and inquired about any missing information, their response overlooked my concerns. They only acknowledged the receipt of the alternative number, without addressing the core issue that RAM had not contacted me once regarding the delivery.

This experience (and all my previous delivery experiences) highlights a lack of thorough and considerate customer service. Not sure I would order online again.
