Terrible customer service from agent Yazeer.

Ordered a dress in December 2023 when I go to the store they cannot find it so they take my number down and said they will give me a call back , which I did not receive. I called the customer care department and spoke to a friendly gentleman he managed to contact the store and made arrangements for me to pick up , due to work and unforseen circumstances I was unable to go , when I did get a chance to go back they still could not find it. I contacted bash customer service again and to my badluck spoke to an agent named "Yazeer" absolutely rude. He has no ways of talking. Was just giving Me attitude when I tried to explain why I am calling and I just want to know where my dress is. He then goes and picks on the price. When you have staff like him it ruins the brand. Also I still cannot understand how he is in customer service. Absolutely disappointing.
