Terrible customer experience from Bash (TFG)

I purchased a pair of sandals from Bash online on the 20th of August 2025 and paid the full amount. I waited until the 10th of September 2025 when I logged a complain about the shoes not arriving. Then they tell me about a glitch on their system that caused my order to be stuck and they have refunded me and gave a discount for my next order. When I tried to order the same shoes again my size was no longer available. I am not impressed at all, they could have gone the extra mile to source the correct size instead of cancelling my order without my consent. This is by far the worst customer experience I've had from them.
