Surprisingly Smooth , Happy Customer

I must be honest, after placing my order on the app then reading the reviews here I was very worried I'd never see my order. Order confirmation came the morning after I placed my order and paid. I did not select delivery to my house. But I had selected pick up from the total sports in the area where i work, and my parcel was there in 2 days, correct size and all. Tracking updates sent were correct and timeous, and sent by mail and sms. I was asked for identification and the otp upon collection at the atore which they then verified. Was sent a confirmation of acceptance over sms as well . Was overall very smooth so after seeing all the negativity I thought I'd add that at least there is a chance you get what you're paying for and ordering through the bash app isn't a lost cause
