Still Waiting Since March 23rd Unacceptable Service

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bash / Sportscene at Sandton City. I purchased sneakers on the 23rd of March, and to this day I still haven’t received them. I was given a delivery date that was never honored. I was then told the driver had returned my order, followed by another email promising delivery the next day—yet again, nothing arrived. No proper explanation, no accountability, just repeated empty promises. This is completely unacceptable. Waiting this long for a paid order while being misled with conflicting updates shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. At this point, I expect immediate action. Either my order is delivered without any further delays, or I want a full refund along with compensation for the inconvenience caused. This situation has been frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I expected far better from a well-known retailer, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.
