STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!!!

I made an order on the 11th May 2025, the order had X2 items one of which was delivered on the 14th, since then i have been waiting for the second item to be delivered, the status of the delivery is still on "getting it ready"till today, no update regrading my order you guys are just quiet as if nothing is happening.
