SO TIRED OF BASH.

The customer services of this company is the worst. They feed incorrect information and don't follow through with what they committed to and think that soon as they respond to your query that the ticket is automatically closed. The website is a drag to search for items and the availability of items are inaccurate. The parcels are delivered on different times. I had a large order and had already collected 3 separate day. I received a message to collect another parcel so this would be my 4th visit, with only 3 days left to collect. 4 days spent to collect 1 order placed. Some of the stores have unprofessional and unfriendly staff.

The telemarketing team calls all hours of the night continuously and at times just allow the phone to ring few second then puts off to redial again. At times I would answer, then they take forever to speak on the line as if they are finishing their personal/office conversation first. Worst than a mosquito.

Bash has so many stores under their umbrella so it's difficult to just avoid them. They're like an annoying family member you can't get rid of.
