Shocking service by BASH

I ordered a Laptop and paid for it with my TFG account. The laptop was what I needed and I was impressed with the special price. To my surprise I received an email from Bash stating the following:

"Order number B***4-01 Hi Maurine, we ran into an issue with your order. We’re sorry about this! Due to a little hiccup in our inventory, we've had to cancel your order. But don't worry — we're already processing your refund of R 8999.00 to your Tfg Money Account. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. Thank you for your understanding, The Bash team"

This is absolutely shocking service. Canceling an order without discussing it with me. And on top of that taking up to 7 days to credit me.
