Shocking customer service

I placed an order and was promised delivery in 4 working days, I contacted yesterday as my tracking update had not moved, the agent told me that it will definitely be delivered today, surprise surprise nothing had been delivered, I contact again today only to be told that there is a "courier delay" and they can't advise if the time frame immediately and they need to "escalate". The customer service here is extremely poor and unprofessional. KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS UPDATED!!!!!!!!!!
