Shocking and disgusting service ever

Very *********** online service I have ever used I placed an order the 1st part I received an incorrect item of which I also have to wait almost 30 minutes at the Fix to locate it then I was told the 2 nd item has not been delivered to my surprise 5 days after when I checked and lodged a complaint I ddnt get any assisted also the second item was no where to be found , a lady in store tried to assist we called bash but they said I collected the second item the same day of collecting the 1st incorrect item that came as a shocker because how as they said it z not delivered yet…… that was the most disappointing service ever and also for a first time customer to not get what I ordered even 1 item
