Shameful service

The below is what has been sent to Bash, The raring red star doesn’t even deserve that, you should allow the bar to remain grey without any rating, not even a red!!!! As this is how poor they are.

An order was delivered today, half Granny Goose brand and the other half a NO NAME BRAND We have paid for Granny Goose items and NOT a NO NAME BRAND. All Granny Goose products have their LOGO on their products and I have bought from them directly for years. This is the first time that I’m ordering online which went through BASH and to be honest the service leaves a lot to be desired, nothing short of diabolical. The fact that you have lost my products and have replaced this with a NO NAME BRAND is shameful.

I received an email weeks back when I initial ordered the products which confirmed that you guys messed up on the Granny Goose Fitted sheet & the Granny Goose Mattress protector and confirmed that the monies will be paid back into the account used to purchase the items and the total amount is R 2547.45.

The package arrived with it being tampered with and resealed. I have attached pictures for your perusal.

I will be going to the Granny Goose Headoffice to report how you people Operate.

Best you ensure that the Granny Goose Items are replaced or I am refunded.
