SHAME ON YOU BASH.COM

An item I ordered online & paid for was delivered to an incorrect address. I had to provide BASH with proof from their courier company (RAM) that the item was not delivered to the correct address. They then assured me, in writing on 15 November 2023, that I would be refunded within 2-10 working days. Well, we are now on working day 12 and I am STILL waiting for a refund. Shame on you BASH. The item I ordered was for my daughter's 16th birthday. In the financially strained times we are living.... SHAME ON YOU!!
