Sad logistics, poor internal communication.

Delivery was promised within two days. It did not arrive and more than a week later they noticed that they will deliver. Immediately contacted customer support and asked to postpone for a week, ansk for delivery on one of two specific days when someone is able to receive the package. Two days later they attempted delivery not following the instructions. Again I gave them the two dates that someone would be present. A few days later I receive this email asking how I am enjoying my order and to give a rating. Poor logistics and communication unfortunately.
