Runaround service

I made an order for a cell with SIM. I got the cellphone, no SIM. I mailed to query and was advised another team was looking into it and would advise. I had to send 3 further emails to chase only to be told I would have them SIM sent to address of my choosing. It has been 2 weeks. I no longer have want/need for the SIM. I just want a refund of the R100 onto my account.
