Rude call center staff

First time ordering through them from Foschini but the last time as well. Call Centre Staff was extremely rude when I called for a query. System showed order dispatched but they said not even packed yet. Tried to figure out eta but no assistance was given. No Foschini, this is a step backwards !!!!!!!!!
