Returns and refund policy non existence

Almost 2months these TFG fails to have even the least common courstey to make any contact with me regarding a malfunction item. Bash asked me to hand it into At Home Sandton City.I made numerous calls and store visits to follow up calls, and just been promised lies after lies. From Nelson to Lin all empty promises- warning to the public it's easy to make a purchase from TFG group but the afterwards service is not existent
