REPLACEMENT OF JBL HEADSETS THAT ARE ON WARRANTY FROM BASH ONLINE

I bought headsets from Bash online, the headband was loose as a result they fell while I was at the gym and broke. They were still on warranty, bash has been refusing to assist me and replying with automated replies. As a result of their poor customer service and them discontinuing their customer care line, I’m helpless and I wasted R800. Their customer service has been very disappointing, as a result I will never buy from them again.
