Refund still not Received

I have since been waiting for a Refund for an item Returned on the 12 of September today is the 22nd and still no refund is reflecting in my account , i really regret of even buying online if you have to wait 30days for a mere return of less than R500 . i am really dissapointed in the service . i cant even buy something now cz i was waiting for the refund to replace the item..it takes a minute to debit our account but takes days for the refund to me made i am really not happy with their service , iam busy being told refund will be processed , they are operating like a tuckshop
