Refund dilemma

I ordered sneakers at Bash. After receiving them they were not correct fit I had to return them for refund. On 27th November I was told my refund was processed. Up to date I have not received that refund. I followed up numerous times and get same story all the time, wait 5 working days, send bank statement. This is so frustrating and now they want bank statement with stamp and Standard bank say they dont stamp virtual statement😭😳which does not make sense to me. I need help to get my refund of R749. 95 from Bash. This is so frustrating its been over 15 working days already and no sign of refund.
