Refund delay!

So I have returned my tekkie that I bought online on BASH, because it doesn't fit me. The courier collected it on 28 August 2024. On the 2nd of September I emailed because I have not received any feedback yet, so I got a mail after I emailed them from one of their consultants saying that "Kindly note that the system indicates that the refund was successfully processed today. Reversals will reflect within 24 - 48 hours if you paid with your TFG account". Today is the 10th of September and I'm still waiting for my refund to reflect, they keep on saying of a delay. This is so bad for service
