Refund

I ordered 1 item throug Bash and paid via payflex. I received 1 item (2 order numbers can be seen)was charged for 2 items deducted from my bank account. I have been sent back and forth between Bash and Payflex and no refund. Bankstatement and screen shot of payments showing i paid 2x for 1 item. All clear to see i paid twice for one item.
