Received Empty box, while I ordered toddlers sneakers

I bought toddlers sneaker, I received the order but the box was empty with papers only when I tell the bash support they telling me that they have done investigations and all things were correct so they can't help me, I asked for footage of when sneakers were dispatched and they telling me I need to send my footage, where will I get that coz I dnt have cameras in the house
