Really terrible service. Don’t waste time

Placed the order for two items. Got delivered one stating the other will follow with another delivery. After about 10 days didn’t receive anything. Decided to check my profile. My profile says both item delivered. Sent email to ask. The answer received as a two or three reasons which could have happened and I will receive my money back in the case I don’t receive the item. And received the email without any confirmation of money that the query resolved???
