racial remarks at sneaker factory, carlton centre jhb cbd

Myself and my wife went to Sneaker Factory in Carlton Centre, JHB CBD on 30 Dec 2024 to exchange my HiTec boot for one size larger, when we got to the store and informed the 3 employees who stood at the door, they had racial comments about "ama colored", when I asked the one gentleman what they said he called the guy that made the racial comment and the gentleman subsequently denied making any racial comments, thereafter, the lady that stood with the 3 gentleman at the door came and said that the guy said that his brother shot a colored lady which was bull**** because I know what shot is in venac, it is "dubula" and he did not say that.

I hate that i went to your store to purchase my hi-tec boot and I will certainly take it back to another store, get a refund and go buy at a store not affiliated with sneaker factory.

This has bothered me throughout and I just can't get over the fact that they made racial comments after I bought at your store, I hate this place and will never ever buy from you again.
