Promotion

I did call bash and the consultant just say the he is sorry but you have to purchase all items at the same store. They DO NOT say so on the promotion.

I have made a purchase of 3 Tempo items ( pictures attached ). They deliver the 2 bracelets but the Gold necklace was NOT delivered to me. It is STILL under investigation.

So a bash consultant advise that I must so long re order the Gold chain and as soon as the matter is resolved they will refund my account. So I did order the Gold chain AGAIN with 2 other TEMPO items for the promotion.

The 3 for 2 Tempo promotion on the Bash app did not clearly state that all items must be purchased from the same store. As a customer, I re**** on the advertised promotion and expected the third item to be free. Since this condition was not clearly communicated, I kindly request that the promotion be honoured or that I receive a refund for the value of the third item.
