PROMISES...NO REFUND!!

ZERO STARS!!! NOT DESERVING OF EVEN 1 STAR. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Returned a item on the firts, warehouse received it on the 7th refund "processed" still NOT REFLECTING. BASH policy states 4 -5 business days...this is breach of policy and THEFT! How can they male promises every time I call. Stating it will reflect in 24 hours and NOTHING! Blaming the technical engineers and escalating every day without resolve. BASH HOW CAN YOU DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS!?!?!?
