Poor service from the “Bash” and Ram Couriers

If it’s possible to give a rating of -1 I would have done that. I have had several bad experiences with Ram couriers. The current negative experience is with regard to two “Bash Orders” . The order number are AAB*** and AAB***. They informed me that the order will be delivered on Thursday 14th Dec 2023. I waited the whole day for the delivery to happen . Deliveries from Takealot arrived as scheduled but the “Bash Order” delivery was “unsuccessful “‘whatever that means. I contacted them multiple times and they promised to have it delivered by today 18/12/2023. It hasn’t happened and when I try to contact them they just cut me off. Be forewarned and never order through Ram or from the Fochini group and Bash that uses Ram as there preferred courier service provider.
