Poor service delivery

I am very disappointed with Bash's delivery. They sent an SMS that they would send my parcel on 27 Nov 2023. The driver came on the 28th and found me not at the address I gave them. He left and said he would come back the next day. I still get an SMS every day saying the package is coming. I am still waiting for my parcel. This is unacceptable and will no longer be purchased online from BASH and I have filed a complaint with them.
