Poor Service

I am so mad with Bash. I have emailed them a number of times to let them know I am not happy and that I want my order. I purchased on the 23 November 2023 the prices were normal and had not received my order and decided to give them some time to deliver. On Cyber Monday they had a 80% sale and I made 2 more purchases to my surprise I received two items of the 2nd order and still had not received my first order. Long story short after two weeks I was then informed that the items were out of stock and another week later refund was paid but not all the refund was paid. All the items that are claimed to be out of stock are advertised with normal price and the sizes are also available. So they saw that with the sale they are loosing out now they come with stories. Mind you they did this to alot of people. I will be contacting consumer protection about this because I believe it's ******* to do this.
