Poor service

I bought a few items on the Bash app on 25 November 2024, then first an item get cancelled then secondly my one item gets sent back to the warehouse and no attempt to deliver was made thirdly I get an email stating my order will be refunded. Then I get attitude from the bash customer care consultant Lamla… telling me that the courier guys are not obliged to contact me… I’m damn putrid.
