Poor service by Bash and courier

Poor service and non-delivery by courier LMS Courier returned my order with out making any attempts to reach me on my cell. Yet they populate their system to say they contacted me and did not. Even their system says delivery tried to be made around 19h00 yet no call records. Now my parcel says retirned6to sender, it's out of stock
