Poor service

I made an order on the 1St September, on the second it was received, on the 3rd was canceled only shows 1 bag available, instore on the 2nd the was full stock on westgate mall but am so disappointed i didnt receive my whole order and said they would refund me,on the 5th it was ready for collection ,later Friday I received a refund for 1 item so which mean am getting only 1 items but I bought the special for two items ,really disappointed what's the point of ordering online while you still cannot get full order, in-store is more way better coz I would have got both items,collecting my purchase on Monday and not happy,online always no stock but instore we get what we want
