Poor service

I made an order on the 8th March 2024 which i only received only 1 item from 3 items that i bought , i have called in more than 3 times without any help all i get is that i will be sent an email but that has never happened. all i want is my money for the 2 items. i must say that your service is very bad especially the customer care agents who dont know anything about their job ,what a disappoint in such a big brand organization like you guys.
