Poor service and lack of taking accountant ability...NO CUSTUMER CARE

I have ordered 3 Redbat with small bags attached school bags in Jan, then to receive my order with a missing small bag and had submitted many emails and follow up still to be refused to replace the missing peace saying I must retain the whole set back meanwhile the child was using that for school, I mean the level of trust issues I have now because they don't check their orders correctly and still expect one to run around at sort out the mess even today I was never refunded or received the missing small bag.
