Poor service

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they captured the wrong contacts, though my correct contact was on my profile. They keep telling me my contacts have been updated but the parcel never reaches me. They keep telling lies with their contracted courier service company. They never show up. My order is a week late now and haven't received anything from them.
